How does the 5% fee work?

It's added to the customer's order at checkout as a service fee. Your menu prices stay exactly as you set them.

How does Morsl get paid?

The fee is part of the customer's payment, so it reaches you with the order. At the end of each month we invoice you for the fees collected.

Is anything deducted from my sales?

No. The full payment reaches you, and Morsl never holds your sales. We invoice the service fees monthly.

What's included?

Everything: the restaurant website, online ordering, delivery, the loyalty program, automated marketing and the mobile app.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. You can cancel any month.

Who receives the customer's payment?

You do, in full, through your own ecommerce merchant account. Morsl never holds your sales.

What happens if I stop using Morsl?

You cancel, export your data, and we take the ordering link off your website.
